“Kurumin” is an authorization specified in the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising of the Next-Generation Children that is to be awarded to companies that has developed an action plan to support employees’ childcare and met certain level of required standards.
We have been making ongoing efforts to promote the improvement of the environment where all employees can focus on building their careers and achieve their best performance by establishing a system to increase the number of employees working actively while raising their children at a standard higher than that required by law.
